DANB List Rentals

Mailing list rentals

Dental practices, employers, and organizations can rent DANB mailing lists for a one-time use to promote employment or continuing education opportunities. DANB does not provide email addresses or phone numbers. You must provide a sample of the mailing in order to receive the list. DANB reviews all mailing list samples and reserves the right to reject any request. After payment is received, DANB will provide the mailing list in an Excel file via email within 5 business days of payment.

Mailing list rental pricing

• Solo or small practices (fewer than 10 employees): No charge to request CDAs in 1 state
• Current CDAs or other DANB certificants in 1-5 states: $500
• Current CDAs or other DANB certificants in 6-10 states: $1,000
• RHS, ICE or other certificate holders within the last 3 years in 1-5 states: $1,000
• RHS, ICE or other certificate holders within the last 3 years in 6-10 states: $1,500
• For certification or certificate holders in more than 10 states, please contact us for a custom quote.

Sponsored emails

DANB also offers dental practices and organizations the option to send an email to DANB certificants or certificate holders through a sponsored email. DANB reviews all requests for sponsored emails and reserves the right to reject any request. DANB does not sell or rent email addresses or phone numbers.

Sponsored email guidelines

1. The sponsored email will be sent on a DANB template.
2. Email messages may include up to 2 images, 3 links and must be no longer than 500 words.
3. Email subject lines must include no more than 10 words or 50 characters.
4. Approval of email subject lines, content, images and links is at the sole discretion of DANB.
5. DANB reserves the right to edit the email as needed for best email practices, style and clarity. The organization will have the opportunity to review the email before it is sent.
6. The decision to send emails to individuals in DANB’s database on behalf of another group is at DANB’s sole discretion.
7. DANB will send a copy of the email for review and approval prior to sending.
   

Please allow at least three weeks for DANB processing, preparation, review and scheduling of the email.

• Current CDAs or other DANB certificants in 6-10 states: $3,000
• RHS, ICE or other certificate holders within the last 3 years in 1-5 states: $3,000
